In the early days of Amazon Marketplace, there were no seller tools for managing Amazon.
Our clients needed them, so we built our own.
We began by developing a repricing tool in 2008 for a select group of Amazon retailers and quickly followed that with a suite of demand planning and product research tools. Our business started supporting retailers, and we ourselves entered into the Amazon retail business in late 2011. We quickly built a $20 million per year retail business selling across five verticals.
Over time, brands started asking us to manage the Amazon channel for them. We said yes, and took our first steps toward becoming the full service channel management agency we are today.
Today, we manage marketplace channels for major multinational consumer products and start-up brands. We also provide channel expertise to a number of private equity firms as part of their due diligence process on acquisition targets.
